Janitor - Maintenance Staff Location: Brenham, TX
Role Overview
Our Janitorial-Maintenance Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great clean, sanitary shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely top of class. If you take pride in great teamwork, then we want to hear from you!
Your day to day will include maintaining and ensuring fixtures and equipment cleanliness, and performing sanitation tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety across our locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, shop, offices, floors, bathrooms and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside of all CCV-Brenham locations.
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals following all safety guidelines and procedures. This includes safe use, storage and disposal of chemicals. Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and laws including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.

Delivery Driver (Brenham Foundry & Sweet Ivy’s) Location: Brenham, TX
Role Overview
Our Delivery Driver Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely top of class. If you take pride in great teamwork, then we want to hear from you!
Your day to day will include but are not limited to:
- Making local floral deliveries
- Making local catering and food deliveries
- Cleaning and organizing shop and cafe (sweeping, breaking down boxes, watering plants, etc.)
- Assisting team members with floral processing and packaging
- Running errands as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Comfortable Driving Cargo Van and Delivery SUVs
- Ideally available 2-5 days a week from 9am-6pm
- Saturday Availability
- Must have a clean driving record (no MIP, DUI, DWI convictions)
- Technologically Savvy (our system is completely digital; you will be expected to use our app and GPS delivery system)
