Substitution, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Below are our return, refund and substitution policies.  


Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Holiday Deliveries

We do not guarantee deliveries during the following holiday periods:  Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter. We do however have an exception policy for funerals. Please call us at 979-451-1335 if you would like to schedule a family consultation and someone will be available to speak with you. 


A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order in Brenham, TX. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. We also may add a wire fee of $25.00 to each order as well if not in our local delivery area) U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Holiday delivery exceptions apply.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Holiday delivery exceptions apply.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.


We attempt to process your request the moment we receive it during business hours. If you contact us after hours, it may take a bit longer to process your cancellation request. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% charge. Any charges refunded as part of the cancellation can take up 10 business days to return to a debit or credit card. 

Refund Policy 

Brenham Foundry & Floral Company stands behind every product we sell.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, please contact us by phone (979) 836-3566 or email us at We will replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you. We will redeliver the new arrangement again at no additional charge to you one time. 

We do not refund balloons or food arrangements. 

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee delivery times and we will not refund items as a result. 

For a product refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy 

For non-floral, non-food, or non-plant products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please see above for how we handle plants and floral. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are not allowed for perishable items unless approved by store management.
